With a band so young and fruitful, ideas are often thrown around before settling on a definitive sound. Since first emerging on to my radar a few years back, Berkshire's Sundara Karma were doing just so. Progressing between releases, but now with a debut EP firmly under their belts, it appears their maturity is beginning to set in as their mould begins to take shape as each new single brings with it greater profundity. Stepping away from the sunshine glazed pop here, the Reading-based four piece kick up a turbulent energy set amongst a dazzling concoction of fiery guitars and grungy basslines - all neatly tied together by Oscar Lulu’s commandeering vocal talents.
