Channelling the soulful falsetto energy of James Vincent McMorrow and the experimental abilities of Jack Garratt, Woods delivers pulsating pop perfection on his return - the track's expansive intro readily giving way to its synth scattered chorus. "This is probably both the saddest and most upbeat song I have put out so far” explains Woods, "I love the idea of people getting some joy out of what is really a heart breaking sentiment".
