Hugo Manuel is Chad Valley. I strongly urge you to check out his other tracks on his Myspace page but 'Up And Down' really does it for me. Really taking the listener away all of life's stresses and strains. It's Psychedelic charm and soft vocals add to the nostalgic feel of this track. A great end of summer tune.
