Sometimes it's pleasure running a music blog. But when you have amassed a mountain of unread emails it does start to become a slight chore. Thankfully in this case it's most definitely the former. Swamped in over 300+ emails I decided today will be the day I spend working my way through and I'm so glad I did. Unearthing the breezy textures in Figures latest single 'Stay' is just what I needed. With its rolling percussion and expansive sound that bursts in to light whenever Jilian Medford's characteristically bright voice breaks in Stay gives us an excellent taster of what's to come with their latest EP 'Monsters' due to be released in the next couple of weeks.
