No matter how much music I listen to or what genre it is there'll always be that special place in my heart for ambient electronic music. There's just something so pure and special about it that makes me stop whatever it is I'm doing and forget about all the stresses that are going on around me.

Dublin duo Forrests' debut EP 'Wilder' hits all the right spots in capturing that very same essence with soaring multi layered textures, rising and falling through their very own magical landscape. As far as debuts go this is a mesmerising piece of work. Something that I'll go on to play for many years to come.
