As the temperatures continue to soar in the UK it finally gets to a point where we all need a little cooling off. Cue Keep Shelly In Athens. Their latest single Recollection taken from their forthcoming debut album offers a sublime and refreshing breeze of dream pop blissfulness. With heavenly synths forming the backdrop to crystalline, 90's inspired percussion their ambient like charm washes over you as the duo begin to form a coherent bond through their undulating sounds. This most definitely is the new soundtrack to my summer.
The debut album 'At Home' will be released worldwide on September 17 via Cascine.
