Taken from the forthcoming newly announced EP Marika Hackman returns with her latest single Cinnamon. Constantly progressing looking to redefine Indie-Folk music Marika's expansive vocal range gets a full workout here through her elegantly haunting raw vocal delivery. As the intrinsic melodies build through slight twinges of psychedelia this latest effort showcases in a brilliant light just where she is heading. Returning to the studio in December to work with producer Charlie Andrew (Alt-J) on her debut album we only have even more excellent work to look forward to.
