Ah to be young again, where your imagination could take you to the most wonderful and magical of places. Without a care in the world hours could be lost as you created endless worlds of make-believe and fantasy. It makes me think of the times I used to play behind our house in the local fields and woodland, my very own kingdom where I'd often feel like Christopher Columbus discovering new and untouched lands. Sadly that all feels like a distant memory now to life as I know it, we grow up and have to leave the dreams behind as we step in to the real world. Hitting play on Amber Run's video to their latest single Spark elicits all kinds of nostalgia though as a young boy sees his cardboard box robot come to life. Watch on as the pair set out on a lengthy expedition, all in search of his childhood home that he so dearly misses since moving.

Amber Run are currently at work on their debut album being produced by Mike Crossey (Arctic Monkeys, Two Door Cinema Club, Foals, Jake Bugg), due for release later this year. In the meantime you can pick up the new single Spark from April 20th released via RCA Victor.
