In case anyone didn't know already, I'm a pretty big advocate of Famy. First hearing them support Wu Lyf (rip) 3 years to this very day in Cardiff, the band quickly disappeared and almost all trace of them became extinct from the Internet. Many people would have assumed a break up but for anyone with enough knowledge this is usually a sign of a record label getting involved. Confirming this the band finally emerged back in December last year with a re-recording of one of my favourite tracks of theirs 'a Ho a Hand'. Ever since then, including now, we've been gifted with more beefed up versions of their demo tracks that previously graced their Bandcamp page, but from the tracklist of their forthcoming EP we might finally be getting new music. In the meantime you can listen to Ava above.
