Vitamins. I'll always remember that time I went overboard and took a Berocca every day for a year - a crazy multivitamin that turns your piss green in case you're wondering, all to avoid catching a cold. Little did I know it had the complete opposite effect having totally killed my immune system. The moment I stopped I recall having 4 colds in a row and slowly had to build it back up to normal. Here's some advice kids, make sure you don't indulge in any shiny orange effervescent pick-me-up's every day for the rest of your lives, unless of course it comes in the form of this UK based four-piece, because, well, that would be totally cool of course. Never too much of a good thing, following on from Need Air and To Believe, VITAMIN return once more to showcase their continued growth, catapulting sun-resplendent melodies from all directions. Their latest single We Breath Fire encapsulates everything we've grown to love about the band yet with a bigger emphasis on their brooding nature we get to see their playful ways channelled in to an antagonistic drive, its energetic choruses bringing lightening fast guitars and exhilarating percussion to the forefront. With plenty of blog support and plays from Phil Taggart on Radio 1 it would appear things are heating up nicely and I for one can't wait to see what else they have up their sleeves.
