All We Are | Keep Me Alive

Already making appearances on many 'End Of Year' lists, Liverpudlian trio All We Are mark a wonderful return with their brand new single Keep Me Alive. Taken from their forthcoming debut album, the band's latest effort sees them blur genre boundaries more than ever before as its soulful vocals scatter across experimental funk-esque guitar lines and twinkling airy synth notes. Be sure to check out the Abbie Stephens directed clip above who had the following to say on its conception: “This track really grabbed me. The lyric "I hear nothing at all but your breathing" struck me as quite chilling and I wanted to make something that reflected this strange beautiful darkness. I started thinking about intangible things; things that aren't necessarily there or that we can't see. I came up with the idea of using picture frames as portals into this parallel realm, with the band and the objects that surround them passing seamlessly between the two worlds, the details of which are revealed piecemeal as the portals mysteriously slide over the surface of the image."

The band's debut self-titled album 'All We Are' will be released on 2nd Fedruary 2015 through Double Six / Domino Records (pre-order it HERE).
