Quite often you'll find band's listing off obscure influences in order to impress, none holding any relevance to their own developments but I think it's clear to hear the Philly Disco, Northern Soul and electronica rooted deep within Formation's latest single Young Ones. Through it's funky beat and grinding basslines comes a gorgeous offering that's brimming with danceable charm, something unequivocally uplifting as it surrounds you all of its industrial niche sounds and grooving melody.
