I'm normally last to make comparisons when writing about new music, but there's something incredibly alluring about Troves. Sounding like an xx/Arthur Beatrice hybrid, the Brighton based three-piece craft a delicate blend of woozy female fronted vocals amongst a scintillating backdrop of airy synths and percussion. Take a watch of their debut video above for their latest single Afterthought. To coincide with its release the trio will play their very first London headline show on Feb 9th at The Waiting Room, Stoke Newington.
