As far as releases go, Emily Jones' cathartic debut might just be one of the strongest I've heard in a very long time. Produced by Henry Green who's been steadily climbing the blog charts, each track's effortless grace shines a brilliant clarity on Jones' pristine vocal talents. From Translate's woozy backdrop of heavenly synths and swelling basslines to Bitersweet's excelling vocal delivery and the emotive strain on If You Don't Mind, the musicianship on show is an indulgence to behold.
