Duck House - Tether
I always get weirdly excited when I get sent music by musician's raised so close to home. It's no shy matter that Cardiff and its surrounding arrears have seen a continual rise in new acts in recent months and years, yet for some reason unbeknown to me I rarely get around to posting anything about it (read; too lazy to search for it). Looking set to make a change to my old ways though is Duck House and his new single Tether. A glorious electronic masterpiece, set amongst its skittering backdrop of neatly pieced together percussion, the South Wales based artist Stefan Vincent captures the perfect laid back essence in this genre hopping composition. Having already clocked up in excess of a million streams to his Love Me Like You Do remix, it goes without saying things already look very promising. This latest effort only solidifying our preconceptions. Take a listen for yourselves below.
