Having been a few months since I last featured Sheffield's The Starkins, they return bearing lustrous gifts in the form of their brand new single Wasted. With a joyful twang still radiating in their sound, the band's maturing abilities really begin to shine through as their anguished vocals and swirling guitars really come in to their own. Throw in some ferocious percussion all neatly tied down with its jangly youthful basslines andyou're on to a sure fire winner. Take a listen below for yourselves.
