Stephen - Sincerely
Following on from Crossfire, Stephen returns with another stunning release in the form of Sincerely. As if we need any more convincing of the insane talent he possesses, his latest effort showcases an incredibly diverse array of sounds, all pieced together in seamless fashion. From its sparse piano key strikes and crystalline vocals, right through to the tracks piercing sharp synths and excelling guitar work, at just 24 the future looks incredibly promising for the young artist. "My generation has been mislead. We were told to fit in, pass our classes, go to college and prematurely select careers that we don’t love so we can work the rest of our lives to pay back the debt" explains Stephen. "Our curriculums smothered our creativity and evaluated our worth through standardized testing and our willingness to accept indentured servitude. We were promised independence, but all that our efforts have earned us is the illusion of freedom". Take a listen for yourselves below.
Sincerely is taken from the debut album 'Sincerely, Stephen', set for release via Halfway House Records on April 26th.
