Nathan Ball - Cold Hands

Following on from his recent single Right Place, Nathan Ball returns with another achingly beautiful track, set once again to cause an emotive roller coaster ride. Drawing inspiration from the lands around him Cold Hands delivers a stunning and in-depth illustration, showcasing just why he's so good at what he does as his vocals soar over intricate guitars and driving percussion. "I wrote Cold Hands at the end of last year, tucked away down in Cornwall" explains Ball. "I get influenced by the seasons a lot and winter had properly settled in so there was certainly an element of intensity and darkness creeping into the writing. It's about lost love and new opportunities... I'd been listening to The National a lot at the time and became pretty obsessed with the honesty they were pouring into their lyrics, so I think there was a bit of a nod to them in the process". Take a listen for yourselves below.
