Scarlet Pleasure - Limbo

Following up their recent single, Deja Vu, Denmark's Scarlet Pleasure return with their hugely funk-driven new effort Limbo. Saturated with disintegrated synths and jazz-ed up melodies comes another note perfect summer jam that continues to soften the lines between genres as the band carve out their own unique sound. "On ‘Limbo’ we’ve tried to connect the dots between house music and reggae." explains singer Emil Goll. "It's a song about western party culture, from the speedboats in St. Tropez to the full moon party's on the shores of Thailand. 'Limbo’ is also about escaping reality and isolating yourself from the present. A portrait of a generation, sorta". Take a listen for yourselves below.
