Ahead of his upcoming European tour, Haux has unveiled a stunning live rendition of his recent single Cologne, giving fans a tantalising teaser of what to expect. Haux (aka Woodson “Woody” Black) recently shared the following statement about his progression: "When I was a kid, I was always the one hidden behind my mom when someone asked me a question. I'm a shy person and I've always been that way. Even at the beginning of Haux, I never dreamed of being center stage. Haux was a curtain for me to hide behind while sharing a piece of myself I never could before. Every song I've made has been written and produced alone behind closed doors with only a small collection of sounds and instruments. It was comfortable and it was me, and I didn’t imagine I'd ever create anything differently until string rehearsal in London last month, when I heard cello and violin playing Haux arrangements for the first time. Those small, vulnerable songs accompanied by strings really gave me a sense of awe. In those moments, I realized even if it's beyond my closed doors, even if it's center stage, Haux is still Haux."
