Melbourne's Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever have today unveiled news of their long awaited debut album 'Hope Downs', due for release June 15th 2018 through Sub Pop. To coincide with its announcement, the band have shared a brand new single and video combo that gives us an exciting incite to what lays ahead as the track's skittering guitars and percussion lead up to its climatic finale. "The concept came about when I heard someone talking about the possibility of us, humans, being alone in the universe, and how sad that would be." explains singer/songwriter/guitarist Joe White. "The idea in this song is that we might be lonely, but we could be lonely together." Take a listen the new single Talking Straight for yourselves below.
