Spinn have quickly become a band I can happily write about before listening to in the confidence they've instilled. Having been a big fan of their ebullient indie guitar pop anthems for as long as I can remember, it's great to have them back so soon with their brand new single, It's Not Getting Better. "I went a bit Father John Misty when I wrote the lyrics to this song" explains singer Jonny "It’s like my lament on the state of everything going on at the moment, the worlds a bit of a mess what can I say?!" "Musically I think it’s probably our most emotional track we have, and I’m not sure why…. but I always get a lump in my throat, I don’t know why but I bloody love it."
