Larkins - TV Dream

Ahead of their UK tour kicking of later this month, Manchester's Larkins return with their synth-heavy single TV Dream. Built around a huge driving melody the track's high energy and youthful angst is expelled in wondrous fashion, captured by their bright lights and glitchy accompany video. Speaking about the single, frontman Josh Noble explains, "TV Dream' was inspired by my grandparents; the idea that romance and dancing has lost its appeal and vigour from what it used to be. Instead, when we turn on the TV we see these visions of gender inequality, and sexism based on the way people dress. I loved combining such a blissful story of romance with a more serious tone of being influenced by the modern media." Take a listen for yourselves below. The band are currently working on their debut album.
