WILDES - Circles

British multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter and all-round wunderkind Wildes today shares her stellar new effort, Circles. Written on a subject I'm sure many of us can relate to, searching for an escape from the maze-like prison a failing relationship can often feel like, its rousing call to arms serves as a profound snap back to reality. "Circles is a song written about getting lost in the familiarity of a failing relationship" Ella Walker explains. "It's far easier to go through the motions than to admit to yourself that you are unhappy, so you continue, avoiding confrontation and living on the boundaries of that relationship. Something that was once beautiful becomes ugly, warped and toxic." Take a listen to the smokey, sometimes fragile, yet often empowering new single below. Wildes continues work on her debut record, due later this year.
