The 1975 have today shared “Frail State of Mind”, the third offering from the band’s fourth album 'Notes on a Conditional Form', which is due for release February 21, 2020 (via Dirty Hit). Sounding like an amalgamation of ideas from previous releases, mainly How To Draw/Petrichor, Tootime and Sincerity Is Scary, the track seems to draw on a personal anxiety with the lyrics Go outside?
