Last Friday saw the very welcomed return of Kodaline with their brand new single Wherever You Are. Closing out 2019 with two outdoor shows in Dublin, selling out St. Anne’s Park, alongside a ten-date UK tour culminating at London'’s historic Roundhouse, not to mention countless festival appearances across the world, the band have still miraculously managed to find time to write new material. Their latest effort sees them channel their euphoric tendencies with heartfelt lyrics and unrivalled emotion. "‘Wherever You Are’ is about loved ones staying in your heart and mind even when they’re not with you,” says Garrigan. “I wrote it specifically for my girlfriend as due to being away on tour all the time, we never really get to see each other."
