The 1975 - Me & You Together Song

Following its premiere this evening on Radio 1, The 1975 have unveiled their latest single from 'Notes on a Conditional Form' entitled Me & You Together Song. Having took to Instagram live this week to announce the album being pushed back until April 24th, the single comes as some consolation as we get a heart-on-sleeve love song.
