Today sees the very welcomed return of Sea Girls as they share the double announcement of their second album 'Homesick' and its first cut, Sick. Taking their polished indie-rock sound to a whole new level the four-piece readily step in to euphoric pop territory with another pristine effort as they swagger back on to our airwaves. "Sick is me listing things I’m pissed off with and feeling sorry for myself, it’s a growing up song where I realise I’m no longer a young child. It’s me in my bedroom at home ranting with my thoughts and going down the hole of being pissed” Henry Camamile said of the track. “I am sick of everything - from things I used to love through to things that feel vacuous, like consuming and buying. All these emotions are piling up and it's me just asking for a reset, a childish solution". The new single is taken from the band's forthcoming album 'Homesick' due for release 14th January 2022 on Polydor Records. Take a listen for yourselves below.
