Hull-based outfit Fever have recently made their wondrous return with their latest single Too Close. Fresh from a support slot with The Lathums, the Humberside group take giant strides in confidence with their maturing sound set across a scintillating backdrop of glistening guitars and swooning melodies. Speaking on the single, James Harrod says: “‘Too Close’ is a reflection upon having someone in your life who you can see is/has been mentally deteriorating through damaging relationships and cruel life experiences, but it’s also the reassurance that life doesn’t have to be ruled by these experiences.” Take a listen for yourselves below.
