Coinciding with news of a 6 date UK tour culminating in a show at London’s Lafayette on November 29th, Etta Marcus returns with the cathartic, rousing new single Theatre. Building steadily from its unassuming softly sung intro comes a driving explosion of crashing percussion, towering pop sensibilities and grunge-soaked guitars. Speaking about ‘Theatre’, Etta Marcus says, "'Theatre' was born out of desire and a need for connection. Wanting so badly to be loved, to fit into this person's life even if it means committing yourself to a delusional fantasy. It refers to being loved like right out of a movie, something that I have always found a little torturous because of how desirable yet unrealistic romantic films are.
