Founded as the solo project of French/English artist Camella Agabalyan, Cosmic Strip have carved out their niche, scuzzy sound since 2015, and return today with their latest single, Another Day. A real monster track, blending ethereal compositions with hazy guitars and auroral vocals the band's latest effort is a true show stopper as it culminates towards its soaring crescendo. Explaining in more detail, Agabalyan herself says "The track is a celebration of the friendships I had while hanging out in Hastings. It remembers the good times, reflects on how these friendships inevitably drift apart, and mourns those that we have lost along the way. The lyrics are me imagining what it would be like if I were no longer around, and about the memories that I hope we can hold onto.” Take a listen for yourselves below.
